• Hair Length: For best results, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). This ensures the wax can grip the hair effectively.

• Timing & Consistency: It usually takes 3–4 sessions (about 4–6 weeks apart) for your hair to start growing in sync. Staying consistent with appointments helps reduce discomfort and improve results.

• Pain Level: Some discomfort is normal, especially for first-timers, but it’s typically quick and lessens over time. Staying hydrated and exfoliating gently beforehand can help.

• Not Recommended If:

  • You’re using retinoids, Accutane, or other exfoliating acne medications

  • You have sunburn, open wounds, or skin conditions in the area

  • You’ve recently had a chemical peel or laser treatment

• Before Your Appointment: Avoid caffeine and alcohol, which can heighten sensitivity. Gently exfoliate 24 hours before to help prevent ingrown hairs.

• Aftercare: Keep the area clean, avoid heat (hot baths, saunas, intense workouts) for 24–48 hours, and wear loose clothing to reduce irritation.
